Roasted Rosemary Cashews


These are good - way, way too good. In fact, they are downright addictive! They also take virtually no time or effort to make, so are perfect for a last minute snack or appetizer when you are entertaining. The rosemary sets the salty sweet flavour combination in the coating perfectly, and there is just something about warming nuts that makes them so darn delicious!

  1. Cashews are one of my ultimate weaknesses. I can just imagine how wonderful they are with rosemary. I would not be able to share...at all!!
