Raspberry Almond Tart

I’ve been making this recipe for years, and I was thrilled when Olive magazine chose it for their Reader issue in August of this year. You can make it ahead and freeze it, but I prefer to serve it on the day I make it. It’s incredibly easy to put together - you don’t even have to roll the pastry!
